Warranty Replacement Policy
All electrical products purchased through fatmastergadget.com include a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
Customers who purchase the optional 1-year extension benefit from a total warranty coverage of 3 years.
If any electrical component of your product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement of the item.
Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:
Physical or accidental damage to the product
Normal wear and tear due to regular use
Damage caused by improper, incorrect, or negligent use

You will receive an automated reply. Please respond to that message with a video clearly showing the issue, such as:
The product failing to power on
Charging issues
The device not functioning as intended
If video proof cannot be provided, we may request that you return the product to us for inspection by our warehouse team.
âš Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.
Only requests that fully meet the conditions outlined above will be eligible for warranty replacement.
